The Hacienda Reimagined

When approaching the complete remodel of this 1922 Spanish-style home in Berkeley, Designer Regan Baker and MN Builders established a simple but strict rule: Any new work or addition needed to equal the abode’s century-old craftsmanship. Our responsibilities included restoring the original windows and doors and adding new handmade Moroccan tiles in the powder room and an upgraded kitchen. Gracefully combining the client’s modern minimalist tastes with the home’s stylistic origins resulted in a vibrant, welcoming residence unlike any other in the Bay Area.
