Raising the Bar in Pac Heights

Don’t let the beautiful exterior of this stately Pacific Heights home fool you. Before we arrived, it hid a tiny, outdated kitchen surrounded by a cluttered maze of even tinier rooms. Working with the architect, we used steel moment frames and I-beams to completely open up the interior space. Add in renovated access to a newly landscaped backyard, and you now have a beautiful home stepped in tradition but loaded with all the space and efficiency today’s modern families require.
