This Privacy Policy applies to the offline and online data collection practices Mueller Nicholls Inc. dba MN Builders (“MN Builders”, “Company” or “us”) follows, i.e., how we collect, use, and share information, including when you visit our websites located at mnbuild.com, mnbuilders.com, muellernicholls.com, and ecodura.com (collectively, the “Websites,” individually, “Website”) or when you sign our agreements (the “Agreement”) to hire our construction and casegoods services (the “Services”) or otherwise interact with us or engage our services.
In this Privacy Policy, “Individual” or “you” means a natural person whose personal information is given to us or obtained by us. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy.

Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)), and inferences drawn from other information.
