Less is More in Montclair
When it came time to update their beloved but dated 1947 bungalow in Oakland, this family of three turned to MN Builders to design and execute the transformation. Led by MN’s own Anita Howland, the redesign adds space, light, and great views without adding significant square footage to the floor plan. Exquisite finishes and architectural details throughout the home provide a delightful jewelry box feel that retains its original charm while adding sophistication, warmth, and airiness.
